Welcome to rt77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the rt77 website located at rt77.ws, including all associated services, games, sportsbook, cashier functions, promotions, and customer support facilities (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on rt77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

rt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, rt77 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version published on this page is the currently operative version; the effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. The Platform is operated in the English language and all official communications from rt77 to players are conducted in English.

Definitions

• "rt77" refers to the operator of the rt77 Platform at rt77.ws and all associated services.
• "Player", "You", "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the rt77 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the rt77 Platform.
• "Platform" means the rt77 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and related services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which player balances are held and transactions are processed on the rt77 Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live casino table, or sportsbook market through the Platform.
• "Winnings" means funds credited to a player's account balance as a result of a successful wager settlement.

The rt77 Platform is strictly intended for adult entertainment. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, place any wager, or claim any bonus or promotion offered by rt77. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh or elsewhere.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to use the rt77 Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform for your personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of rt77 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

rt77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in a timely manner may result in suspension of your account pending verification. rt77 uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm player identity and age, and these procedures may be applied at account registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time at rt77's discretion.

To access the full functionality of the rt77 Platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process. rt77 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Each individual player may hold only one Account on the rt77 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, rt77 will close all but one account at its discretion and may forfeit balances held in the duplicate accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rt77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of account holders. KYC verification may be required at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at rt77's sole discretion. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

rt77 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts where KYC verification has not been completed or where submitted documents are insufficient, expired, or of inadequate quality. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. rt77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rt77 support immediately by contacting [email protected].

All financial transactions on the rt77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rt77 does not apply currency conversion charges to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. rt77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rt77, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your rt77 account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the sending bank.
• rt77 will only accept deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender where possible, with associated administrative fees deducted.
• Funds deposited to rt77 may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the Platform. rt77 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on player balances.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the compatibility of the method with withdrawal processing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. rt77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — within 24 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• rt77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspicious activity, potential breach of these Terms, or regulatory compliance requirements.

rt77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — such as Eid bonuses, BPL cricket cashback offers, and Pohela Boishakh free-spin events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms when read together.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified rt77 account.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• rt77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will generally be permitted to complete the promotion under the original terms, at rt77's discretion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• rt77 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused, exploited through coordinated wagering, or claimed in bad faith.

rt77 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. rt77 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge inherent in each game's design.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rt77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of rt77.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, Platform staff, or game provider representatives.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means, including but not limited to card marking, chip manipulation in live casino environments, or exploiting betting pattern vulnerabilities.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your identity or location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or bonus settlement, you must submit a written complaint to rt77 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. rt77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days. rt77's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to any applicable consumer protection rights you may hold under Bangladeshi law.

Where a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical fault on the player's side, rt77's server logs constitute the definitive record of the wager's status at the time of disconnection. Any wager that was accepted and confirmed by the server prior to disconnection will be settled according to the actual game outcome.

rt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by rt77.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operation of multiple accounts in contravention of the single-account rule in Section 3.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit transaction.
• At your own request, including requests made for responsible gaming purposes.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your rt77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by rt77 — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. rt77 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and in accordance with the rt77 Privacy Policy. Data retention obligations may require rt77 to hold transaction records, KYC documents, and account history for a minimum of five years following account closure.

rt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be pursued as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or escape personal difficulties. rt77 actively encourages all players to set personal limits, monitor their play, and seek help if their gambling behaviour causes concern.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified rt77 account holders free of charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period no logins, deposits, or wagers are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the rt77 Platform. Self-exclusion applies to all Platform sections simultaneously and is enforced for a minimum exclusion period. Contact rt77 support to initiate self-exclusion at any time.

rt77 reserves the right to initiate a cooling-off period or account review on any account where internal monitoring indicates patterns of play that may be associated with problem gambling behaviour, even in the absence of a player-initiated request. This is a protective measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.
